Boundary infostructures aim to enable pragmaticinteroperability so the intended effect of acommunication is the same as its actual effect. Theyare built from networks of boundary objects. This work illustrates how a boundaryinfostructure was constructed and how it improvedcommunication about patients with chronic disease.
