In addition to this there are included some of the ancient thought and yogic philosophy on how to understand and live our life in a healthy positive way. this book has been put together by Yogachariya Jnandev (Surender Saini) founder of Yoga Satsanga Ashram, West Wales UK which was established in 2009 shortly after Jnandev left India to settle in the UK. Yoga Satsanga Ashram is primarily a yoga teacher training school and this book was created following a succession of government funded free yoga courses ran at the ashram for different groups of people; some of which re-gained confidence to return to employment as well as having other positive effects on their lives.
