Steven's latest book deals with his continuous journey from relapse onward. It's a powerful and emotive account of his life to date. Steven's struggle is constant and it's none more so highlighted in his poem The Grudge. It's apparently clear that he considers his past a detoured and warped link to his future and his future a distorted and adulterated pathway back to his past. Steven echoes what many of us feel, what lots of us have experienced, and what a great deal of us are still living through. I believe Steven's core message is that life has to be enjoyed but not taken lightly.
