Harmonic minor is where Phrygian Dominant comes from, along with a large amount of jazz and classical vocabulary and most of what people mean by "that Spanish sound." Plenty of guitarists can play one position of it. Very few have it mapped across the neck the way they have the major scale.

A practice guide for the whole scale and all its modes

Specific one- and two-octave approaches, worked vertically and horizontally, applied to harmonic minor and every one of its modes in all twelve keys. Not patterns to memorise in isolation - a method for practising them until the whole scale is one continuous picture.
