One thing has concerned me over the years about the Sabbath because there are those who shun it and those who keep it. Yet there is none that can give you a vivid explanation of why they keep it or do not keep it.

The key reason being that God kept it or sanctified it or for the one who shuns it would say it is Old Covenant. And yet there are those who will simply tell you, Christ, is their Sabbath and the question becomes, how did a day become a man? Does even Christ say that he is the Sabbath or it is just an excuse to avoid the reality of the knowledge of the Sabbath escaping our notion?

Meaning it comes from way before the Old Covenant and this book is not about keeping or not keeping it but it is the book that explains the Sabbath; its origination, inception, power, and effects on man.
