REMEMBER ME
The Thief on the Cross

By Arnaldo Concepcion

What if the man who died beside Jesus had a story that no one ever told?

We know him as the thief on the cross. A condemned criminal who, in his final moments, turned to Jesus and received a promise that would change his eternity.

But who was he before that moment? What choices led him to the cross? What pain, rejection, and struggles shaped his life?

Remember Me: The Thief on the Cross is a powerful work of biblical fiction that imagines the untold life of a man named Jesse.

Born during the time of King Herod, Jesse's life begins with heartbreak when his parents make a desperate decision to save him. Raised far from his homeland, he grows up struggling with rejection, abandonment, and questions about his identity.

As Jesse searches for love, acceptance, and purpose, his journey takes him down dangerous paths filled with temptation, crime, broken relationships, and regret.

Along the way, his life unexpectedly intersects with Jesus of Nazareth and several individuals who would become His disciples. Yet despite repeated encounters with kindness, forgiveness, and opportunities to change, Jesse continues to struggle with his choices and his faith.

Until one extraordinary day changes everything.

This is more than a story about a thief. It is a story about the incredible grace of God.

Through Jesse's journey, readers will discover powerful truths about:

• God's unconditional love for sinners.

• The consequences of our choices.

• The pain of rejection and the power of forgiveness.

• The hope of redemption, even when all seems lost.

• Salvation through faith in Jesus Christ alone.

Inspired by the biblical account in Luke 23:39-43, Remember Me blends imaginative storytelling with the timeless message of the Gospel.

Whether you have followed Jesus for years, are struggling with your faith, or have never known Him personally, this book offers a reminder that no one is beyond the reach of God's grace.

One man. A lifetime of mistakes. One Savior. One moment that changed eternity.

No matter your past, it is never too late to turn to Jesus.

"Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom." - Luke 23:42
