In 2013, with the United States still reeling from the Boston Marathon bombing, the US Capital and Federal Buildings were evacuated when the nation was told the American capitol was under a chemical weapons attack in the form of ricin sent to political targets. The more of the investigation that was revealed to the press, the stranger it all got, with embarrassing FBI mismanagements tainting the Obama administration and its DOJ, with Attorney General Eric Holder and FBI Director Bob Mueller at the helm. The very strange and inexplicable arrest was followed by the release of a bizarre mailing suspect who was practically unquestioned by the 2013 administration-friendly press, as that administration then suddenly focused instead on the smearing, destruction and prosecution of who that press called a "mysterious figure", James Everett Dutschke.
From the highest levels of government, a special prosecution team, led by the National Security Division, was tasked to convict Dutschke and paint him as a terrorist and a "dangerous assassin." That label stuck as the media, even years later, continued to repeat that administration's narrative.
Unbeknownst to the world-wide press, the American President, Obama, had directed A.G. Eric Holder, with the initial endorsement of Bob Mueller (then later Jim Comey) to implement a very rare executive power called the SAM, invoked only in extreme matters involving national security (28 CFR 501.2/.3) which imprisons and prosecutes any person (convicted or not, accused or not) at the will of the Chief Executive (alone), revoking any and all constitutional protections. This rarely invoked extraconstitutional power, unknown to the American public, is now revealed in this book, and for the first time.
Why did that administration need Dutschke silenced, vanishing into the Attorney General's personal secret prison (SAM unit)?
