Peace in the Valley:

The tiny, rural township of Elm Hill, Alabama gives the impression of being happily trapped within a time-warp decades removed from modern society. What with its penchant for tranquil living and the laid-back attitude of its citizens, it appears on the surface to be a 21st Century version of Shangri-La, Southern-style.
