This book introduces a new methodology of reliability systems engineering that is model-based system engineering(MBSE). It covers the concept connotation, basic theory and technologies, framework of integrated design platform and engineering application cases of MBRSE. Different from traditional document centric one, MBRSE is model centric, with which the design for hexability (means "reliability, maintainability, testability, supportability, environmental adaptability and safety") is performed by the revolution of united models of total R&D fields and the process of closed-loop failure mitigation. This method can integrate all techniques and approaches of reliability systems engineering into the main process of R&D, so it can provide a complete solution for lifecycle hexability engineering.The main objective of the book is to provide the readers who engaged in theoretical and technical research, project management and engineering design application of reliability systems engineering, as well as for teachers, senior undergraduates and postgraduates of reliability engineering and system engineering in colleges and universities.
