M-commerce is a new concept of mobile commerce, which expresses the ability to sell a product or a service through mobile terminals such as cell phones, smartphones or tablets. Result of the e-commerce revolution (e-commerce or online sales, sometimes cybercommerce), m-commerce is currently at the heart of the marketing strategy of many companies around the world, especially in industrialized countries, but also its influence in Africa and DRC is not negligible.
