Michael Mohan directs this Italian horror starring Sydney Sweeney. Sister Cecilia (Sweeney) has taken her vows and become a nun, believing that she is meant to serve a higher purpose. She joins an Italian convent where she will help to provide hospice care to nuns at the end of their lives, before things quickly take a bizarre turn.
