This book aims to analyze the Information Communication Technology infrastructure facilities with reference to self-financing engineering college libraries in Tamil Nadu. The availability of ICT infrastructure facilities may differ from one institution to another on the basis of the factors such as ownership of the institution, inception and duration of the institution and minority status.
