This evaluation report comprehensively elucidates the impact and outcomes of the first ever "Fast Elimination of Malaria by Source Eradication (FEMSE) project", a Chinese health development aid project in Comoros. It provides insights for the Chinese government into the impact of their funds, and suggests the next steps for the Comorian government in terms of sustaining the outcome.
