An innocent photograph taken at a Halloween party throws Ty and local sheriff Gail Donovan into a web of intrigue that involves murder, an apocalyptic cult, and the renegade band of CIA operatives responsible for the Kennedy assassination. The stakes: an embezzled $100 million slush fund and for Ty Brady - the life of his kidnapped daughter.
