This book is looking at violence in the bar-room.More explicitly violent incidents involving young menin the bar-room are explored. As this study is acomparative study between Germany and Finland men scultures, violence and the bar as a public socialsetting are analysed. The author compares differentdrinking styles and patterns but also explores indetail the history of bars in both countries.This study is the final Master thesis the authorgraduated from the University of Kuopio, Finland in2006.
