Anotace knihy
In the field of nursing, artificial intelligence is emerging as a tool for clinical decision-making, resource optimization, and improving the quality of care. It assists in gathering information from clinical records and assessing patients' risk levels. Although it presents itself as a strategic ally of nursing, there are still few studies on nurses' perspectives and experiences regarding the use of artificial intelligence. Its use should be based on a balance between technological innovation and the humanization of care, rather than as a substitute for the professional. The objective is to understand the ethical implications of applying artificial intelligence in nursing practice.A literature review was conducted using the B-On, RCAAP, Scielo, PubMed, ResearchGate, and EBSCO databases, as well as searches on websites of organizations such as the WHO, the European Parliament, and the National Health System (SNS). Articles published after 2015, with full text available in English or Portuguese, were included. The search was conducted from October 21 to November 7, 2025.
