Advancements in comprehending pathological events in AD have been achievable by employing cell cultures, genetically modified organisms and animal models that do not have the complexity of events happening in humans. It is necessary that we conquer this restraint as well by using data from humans - for analyzing pathological pathways in AD in a multidisciplinary setting.
