The new frontier: Internet. This is one of the limits to the community of Neural Networks today. Most of the work related to Neural Networks pays little attention to the use of Internet technology. As a matter of fact, the author thinks that some element was needed as a kind of vehicle to bridge these two worlds. This is the reason why "Web-Based Neural Networks" came to light.
