This is a simple statement of fact that is often glossed over by Pastors because of fear of mortality, failure to prepare, unrealistic timing, and lack of resources. There is a wave building-a tsunami coming-of Pastors who will exit the pulpit in the coming years. Are you prepared for your transition journey? 

Transition will occur either by default or design, and we at EXPAND want to help you design your transition with wisdom, honor, and clarity so that you can focus on the next thing God has in store for you.
