TLC sold more records than any girl group in American history and filed for bankruptcy at the exact commercial peak of their best-selling album. This is the story of Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas.

From a 1991 production contract signed before the group even had its final lineup, through CrazySexyCool's historic Diamond certification, the Chapter 11 filing that overlapped with it, FanMail's Grammy sweep, Lopes's death in a 2002 Honduras car accident, and the fifteen-year, fan-funded journey to a fifth and final album.
