Michael Jai White stars in the title role of this US action horror based on Todd McFarlane's comic book. After being murdered on a mission in North Korea, Force Reconnaissance Marine Colonel Al Simmons (White) is returned to life after making a Faustian pact with Malebolgia (voice of Frank Welker), a ruler of Hell. Simmons agrees to lead Hell's army against mankind as long as he can see his wife Wanda (Theresa Randle) again.
