The intelligent device covers areas such as embedded systems, RFID, RF MEMS, VLSI design and electronic devices, analog and mixed-signal IC design and testing, MEMS and microsystems, solar cells and photonics, nanodevices, single electron and spintronics devices, space electronics, and intelligent robotics.
