John G. Lynch is an accomplished Lutheran theologian and pastor. After achieving his doctorate in Paris, France, he served more than twenty years as a Roman Catholic priest, teaching and lecturing widely throughout the United States and Canada. In 1982, after a long period of thought and prayer, he became a Lutheran pastor. He currently serves First English Evangelical Church, Baltimore, Maryland. He enjoys studying Luther, hiking, and birdwatching.
