Anotace titulu

This game uses four sets of cards - Inspiration Cards, Obstacle Cards, Activity Cards and Prior Condition cards - and includes around 20 different games for combining the sets (or using them on their own), along with some background theory on motivation. The game has applications for team development as well as one-to-one coaching. Using the game should help people to understand what motivates them, what motivates the people they work with or manage, and how the environment they work in helps or hinders motivation. The game forms a trilogy with the two earlier games to help people answer three prime questions about themselves: who am I? ("The Feedback Game"); what are my skills? (The Development Game); and what do I want out of work? (The Motivation Game).
