One of the foremost goals in the behavioral sciences is to understand how person and situation factors influence one another, and how they interact to produce behavior. Measuring and Modeling Persons and Situations presents major innovations and contributions to this goal, promoting deeper integration on these topics, cross-pollination of ideas across diverse academic disciplines, and to facilitate the development of practical applications such as matching people to jobs, understanding decision making, and predicting how a group of individuals will interact with one another.
