 The girls of I Rot believe in redemption, time and time again. Set in decaying tourist towns and motels off the I-95, the girls grow up with ghosts- touching haunted dolls in antique stores, inciting religious fervor on the playground, falling for boys with sharp teeth. Lana Valdez is a Florida-raised poetess and sometimes filmmaker living in Southern California. She enjoys writing about the eschatological and the hungry.
