Charlie is a man tormented by his wife's mental instabilities and abuse, but also his undying love for her. She constantly makes fun of him for being wishy-washy and changing his mind on a whim. She nags, starts unnecessary fights, and causes her entire family to walk on eggshells.


He ultimately makes a fateful decision to have her killed while on a family vacation. Charlie envisions a more peaceful life for himself, and their children, with his wife out of the picture.
