During the interval of eleven years it has undergone many remarkable changes, which are also instructive. A. P., zet. 41, unmarried, was confined of twins fourteen years ago. She made a good recovery. Three months afterwards, hav ing taken a walk, she observed that her womb came down. Since then the protruding mass has increased.
