How do we pray effectively to God, our Father? What is necessary in our life, in our confession to Him, and in our dealings with others that needs to be made better by God, as we week His will not only for ourselves, but for those we meet in our daily life. All 150 Psalms, in order, are "converted" into prayers from the writer. With each prayer is a comment to relate the actual Psalm to the reader for his or her own use. Following the above "prayers" is a set of devotions for the Psalms. These are intended to summarize one or more key points for direct application to the reader. The intent of these sections is, when used with the reader's own Bible, to enable the reader to, in fact, "PRAY with the Psalmist" The book, therefore, becomes a tool for worship as well as a manual for service to our God.
