Education in recent times has become the largest global industry. It played a dominant role in the processes of Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization. All educational institutions lay emphasis on Quality Education. It is a far cry in the absence of Quality teachers. Unfortunately there is an acute shortage of quality teachers all over in general and India in particular. Reason being perhaps teaching is the last destination for the intelligentsias.
