The Yearbook of International Sports Arbitration is the first academic publication which aims to offer a comprehensive (and yearly) coverage of the most recent developments regarding international sports arbitration by presenting a combination of general articles and case notes. This volume covers the main decisions rendered by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in 2015, as well as the jurisprudence of national courts with regard to sports arbitration (in this case, the German and Swiss courts). It is a must-have for practitioners active in sports law, as well as for academics engaged in research in this field. It provides in-depth articles on burning issues raised by international sports arbitration and independent commentaries on the most important decisions of the CAS (e.g. the Dutee Chand case), the BAT and national courts (e.g. the Pechstein and Wilhelmshaven cases in Germany). ? Dr. Antoine Duval is Senior Researcher for International and European Sports Law at the T.M.C. Asser Instituut/ASSER International Sports Law Centre in The Hague. He holds a Ph.D. on the interaction between Lex Sportiva and EU Law from the European University Institute in Florence, where he was the conveyor of the Transnational Law Working Group. ? Professor Antonio Rigozzi is professor by special appointment at the University of Neuch?tel, Switzerland. He is the partner in charge of the sports arbitration practice at L?vy Kaufmann-Kohler, in Geneva, Switzerland
