Facing redundancy and an uncertain future, Peter Jackson did what many other people have done in similar situations - he ran away. Well, nearly. He walked from Land's End to John o'Groats and decided to take in the three summits of Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis while he was at it.
