Tilted implants have revolutionized the practice of implant dentistry. They provide good treatment solution for patients with edentulism and are associated with predictable outcomes. The use of tilted implants to rehabilitate atrophic maxilla and mandible present a viable alternative to bone augmentation procedures in the posterior area and allow a good functional and aesthetic satisfaction to patients.
