This book has two dimensions of filling the conceptual gap and sharing the empirical experiences on persons with disabilities, cooperatives, and employment opportunities. It starts by assessing cooperatives and the conditions of persons with disabilities of different types; goes through the findings on the roles and problems of Yenegew Sew Sanitary Service Cooperative and concludes with the multifaceted benefits of the cooperative.
