Conflict touches every life, every family, and every church. The damage conflict does can be seen every day in news reports and experienced in our personal lives. Conflict leaves in its path broken homes, failed marriages, divided families, and damaged churches. The extreme of this damage is seen when conflict runs its full course and results in family abuse, road rage, workplace violence, assault and murder. Why does conflict do so much damage?
