The doctrine of 'Piercing the Corporate Veil' has always been a controversial issue under English company law. However, the recent English courts' judgments regarding the corporate veil cases have aggravated the controversy even more. This book will try to demonstrate how courts' attitudes varied towards the doctrine at different periods of time.
