The transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) is a well-developed technique that keeps improving. High degree conduction disorders are a frequent but potential life-threatening complication whose prediction remains difficult. This work summarizes to the readers a study led in La Pitié Salpétričre hospital, based on electrophysiology study and electrocardiogram data. This book proposes a decisional algorithm about how to monitor a patient and when to implant a permanent pacemaker. The aim is to help any physician in the management of conduction disorders after TAVR.
