Nowadays, the Internet has become an irreplaceable tool, as it provides information on the evolution of innovations and contracts for all human activities. All those who participated in the collective effort of building networks can present their personal views on the changing world of telecommunications and thus provide useful evidence to business users. It is this approach that has been performed in this work. It is useful to begin by explaining why gradually as a result of the globalization of the economy, telecommunications networks were forced to accept digital technology attached to the IP because of the cheap new components. Fixed networks were associated with mobile networks and the Internet, giving birth to the "next generation networks " or NGN (New Generation Networks) . It was necessary to adopt the IMS (Internet Multimedia Subsystem), which provides conversion circuits / IP packets, essential access to platforms of the Internet and multimedia applications they run.If the primary objective of this work was to recommend the use of digital technologies for SMEs and help them organize this purpose, it was necessary to describe the network transformations underway and outline outlines the efforts of the competition for office applications connecting to compare the various offers available broadband, and discuss the birth of the Internet of Things, cloud computing and several new multimedia offerings. This book should enable companies, particularly SMEs, to provide comprehensive information on the current trend of networks and enable them to successfully set up and manage their communication system.
