With the increase in people's living standards and promotion of oral health knowledge, the branch of prosthodontics receives widespread attention. Prosthodontics not only deals with the treatment after tooth loss, but it also requires a sound knowledge of dental materials used. Due to the long term use in moist oral environment, the dental materials used should exhibit biocompatibility and be bio functional. However, nanodentistry faces significant challenges in bringing its promises to fruition.
