Soil, one of the earth materials, is very important to sustain life on earth. Serious concerns in many parts of the world have been expressed for the accelerated erosion of soil caused by environmental disturbances, directly or indirectly, by human beings. Main contributing factors for occurrence of such problems are rapid urbanization, expansion of agriculture and deforestation which have changed the land use pattern. This book is intended to understand the soil erosion and to predict its concentration by assimilating artificial intelligence.
