The implementation of socio-economic rights in developing countries like Nigeria depends on the political and legal will to ensure the enjoyment of these rights. International Law on the Rights of the Child with Special Reference to Nigeria examines the enforcement of International Standards in Nigeria with emphasis on children s right to health and education.
