Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), founded by Albert Ellis, recently celebrated its fortieth anniversary as a leading therapy approach within the cognitive-behavioural tradition. The book opens with a brief overview of basic REBT theory and practice for readers new to the field.
