Anotace knihy

The recognition and identification of risks and hazards in the workplace and working environment is made on the basis of data gathered from documents available to the employer, observation and monitoring of the process at work in the workplace, gathering the necessary information and staff information other sources. On part of employees, a survey is made where it was requested to describe their daily activities and to point out the dangers and hazards that they observed in the execution of their activities. Under the provisions of harmonized Local legislation, the framework European directive for health and safety and the good common practice 89/391, a risk assessment is carried out for all the construction activities that are going to be performed in the site during the PROJECT. Risk Assessment is a structured process to identify and assess risks, define safety measures or arrangements in order to remove/isolate or reduce risk as far as it is reasonably practicable and control residual risks. This procedure defines the requirements for risk assessment, the rating methodology and the presentation of this exercise.
