World is facing lot of challenges with no solution in sight. The main cause of all these ills is poverty. THE SOLUTION: Do not borrow the money which can''t be returned with interest in time. Issue bonds which can be used by everybody rich or poor and are not debt to the government and will be sold by unemployed 20M people on 10% commission. Take the example of USA. USA borrows money by selling treasury bills and interest based bonds. The suggestion is to sell these bonds on non-interest basis. RESULT: Government gets at least $US5 trillion within a very short period of time of few days and much more in the rest of the year. THIS IS NOT A LOAN AS STATE HAS SOLD BONDS WHICH IS AN ALTERNATE CURRENCY AND DO NOT CARRY ANY INTEREST. EXAMPLE: Any state bill can be paid by bonds so the dollar will be replaced by bonds in all government sectors. BUT the condition is, that one has to spend $US50,000 to take the rate of 5 bonds per dollar. This rate will become 4 in the next 30 days and then 3 throughout the year. Second offer will be $US10 million duty-free option for the same amount. Third option there will be $US10 million prize draw on the bonds everyday.
