Creation and maintenance of osseointegration , therefore, depends on the understanding of the tissue's healing, repair, and remodeling capacities.Successful implant treatment planning requires a good understanding of the biomechanics, an appropriate assessement of the load bearing capacity, & an adequate engineering plan to maintain ossteointegration with resistance to the anticipated occlusal loads.
