The book which is based on personal experiences, biblical principles and learning from others articulates how the anointing and power of God is indispensable for overcoming the inevitable challenges, and crisis that a Christian encounters in life's marketplace. It advocates for building our life and career on strong spiritual foundations and principles that provides the underlying platform for attaining moral and professional excellence. Many believers live without realizing and drawing on the power of workplace anointing; many do not find and fulfill purpose and destiny. The biblical principles, precepts and processes for attaining excellence illustrated with a large dose of examples and testimonies from real life situations in this book include: spiritual disciplines, fulfilling your dreams, courage and strength, change and transitions and anointing and power for the marketplace among others. Banji O. Oyeyinka, PhD, combines his work as a director/professor in the United Nations with being a fully ordained pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). He has lived in many countries and written several books on industrialization and economic development. He was founding pastor of Covenant Life Parish (RCCG) in Maastricht, Netherlands and currently pastor of Potter's House (RCCG), Nairobi, Kenya.
