Contemporary people living increasingly busy lives are often too hard-pressed to find time for regular prayer and the study of Scripture. These meditations are structured to help them do so. Originally written by the Catholic Bishop Richard Challoner some two centuries ago, his meditations were widely adopted by the faithful.
