Health promotion has to be an integral part of company strategy, in particular in view of demographic changes since the health and well-being of employees are essential for motivation, creativity and flexibility, as well as for the willingness and ability to learn new skills. This guideline focuses on the development of relevant strategies of health promotion and supports HR managers with the relevant processes of integration. It also offers background knowledge and advice for recording health relevant competencies and a survey of possible strategies and measures plus tools and materials for their implementation. This guide is a follow-up volume to volume 36 in the series guides for educational practice "integration of further education and health promotion - the road to the demografic fitness of your company".
