This book provides an updated discussion of some aspects of snow and glacier hydrology, drawing on the results of investigations in recent years in Arctic, Antarctic, Himalayas, Alps, Rocky Mountains, and other mountains of the world. This book is not meant to be an encyclopaedia in its treatment of snow and glaciers.
