Nana, a chief and the Asante king's goldsmith, allowed her to apprentice two months. "Lost and Found" is a very personal report based on the experience of Johanna Dahm, who occupies a chair at the Pforzheim University of Applied Sciences, department of jewellery and appliances. It documents the special Asante casting technique and presents in numerous illustrations the gold rings, which were created as a direct answer to what was experienced, learned and lived in Ghana.
